University of Liverpool
The University of Liverpool is apart of The Russell Group and one of the 6 ‘red brick’ universities, it’s often referred to as The Original Red Brick. It’s bustling main campus is located in Liverpool city centre next to Liverpool’s incredible Metropolitan Cathedral with a School of Veterinary Science in rural Cheshire, 12 miles south of Liverpool.
Liverpool John Moores University
Known as the University of the city, Liverpool John Moores University has 2 campuses in Liverpool city centre with more than 35 buildings and over 300 undergraduate courses to choose from.
The university is known for its multimedia teaching, School of Engineering, and as being one of the best schools in the world to study Sports and Exercise Science – it was the first to offer a degree in this field in 1975. Liverpool John Moores University is highly regarded for its course quality, teaching, student support and life.
